My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not up to my standards and should be renovated, with worn-out furniture and a lumpy mattress that caused me to have a restless night. However, the service was terrible, with lazy staff providing zero customer service. The location, although surrounded by homeless people, had good security measures in place. The dining experience was varied and fresh, which was a pleasant surprise.

The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with friendly and helpful team members always ready to assist.
